Fabrication, welding, installation, and field modification of stainless steel systems can leave behind heat tint, weld scale, embedded iron, and surface contamination that must be removed to restore full corrosion resistance. Many end-user specifications and industry standards also require documented passivation following fabrication, repair, or system modification.

Pure Source works directly with stainless steel fabricators, mechanical contractors, piping contractors, skid builders, and OEM manufacturers throughout Southern California. We process fabricated assemblies, piping spools, tanks, vessels, heat exchangers, fittings, and complete skid-mounted systems for both new construction and ongoing maintenance work.

In addition to post-fabrication passivation and pickling, we regularly support maintenance and turnaround work involving existing piping and equipment removed from operating facilities. This includes components from system repairs, plant upgrades, shutdowns, and replacement projects where corrosion resistance must be restored prior to return to service.

We understand the schedule demands of fabrication and construction projects. Pickup and delivery services are available throughout Southern California, and expedited turnaround options help keep production schedules on track and minimize downtime during critical project phases.

Many of our customers supply or service systems in regulated and high-spec industries such as pharmaceutical, food and beverage, semiconductor, aerospace, and defense, where documentation and traceability are required. We provide certifications, inspection records, and process documentation to support customer specifications, quality requirements, and project closeout packages.
