Defense platforms operate in some of the most demanding service environments, including naval exposure to saltwater, humidity, and marine corrosion; ground vehicles subjected to harsh operational conditions; and support systems requiring long-term reliability and controlled maintenance. Stainless steel and specialty alloy components used in these systems must maintain corrosion resistance and surface integrity throughout their service life.

Pure Source provides passivation, electropolishing, and oxygen service cleaning for defense manufacturers, subcontractors, integrators, and government contractors. We support both new production and sustainment programs, including maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) work where corrosion resistance must be restored prior to return to service.

Our services are applied to machined parts, welded assemblies, fluid-handling systems, and structural stainless steel components used throughout defense manufacturing and support infrastructure. We work with customers requiring consistent process control, traceability, and documentation, including certifications, inspection records, and process reports aligned with customer quality requirements.
