Stainless steel and specialty alloy components used in fluid systems, propulsion hardware, environmental control systems, and structural assemblies must maintain controlled surface conditions to ensure reliable performance in demanding operating environments.

Pure Source provides passivation, electropolishing, and oxygen service cleaning for aerospace manufacturers, machine shops, subcontractors, and MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) facilities. We support components and assemblies used in both flight hardware and ground support systems.

Our processes are performed in accordance with AMS 2700, ASTM A967, ASTM A380, and CGA G-4.1, and we provide documentation, certifications, and test verification to support customer quality requirements, traceability, and inspection needs.

We regularly process machined components, welded assemblies, tubing systems, and fluid-handling hardware used throughout aerospace manufacturing and maintenance operations. This includes both production parts and repair or refurbishment work where surface condition must be restored prior to return to service.

For installed systems or larger assemblies, field service is available when disassembly is impractical. We coordinate with aerospace manufacturers, contractors, and maintenance teams to complete work efficiently while maintaining strict handling and documentation standards.
